Caught this Flounder this afternoon about 12:30 under the Circus Bridge in Venice, Fl. I was using a 4" White GOT-CHA Curltail Grub on a red jig head. I have had a lot a success with this type of plastic lure. In the picture to the left you can see the lure sticking out of his mouth. Dude has sharp teeth. These guys are real fighters. I actually broke the tip of my rod getting him in.
My wife, DeeDee, and I went to Lake Brittle in Gainesville, Va. on Saturday. I was using a small crank bait and hooked this little Yellow Perch. He measured in at 9 3/4" and just under 1lb. At this perticular lake they have tagged Walleye and if you catch one you remove the tag and get $20 for it. Maybe I will get lucky next time I go out. I will let you know.
